Cardone University Review – Overview

Cardone University is a sales training program with hundreds of courses.

It’s more than just a sales training program, though. It’s basically a university, offering courses in sales, marketing, leadership, entrepreneurship, and mindset.

As you know, Grant Cardone is the brains behind the business. He’s personally worth over $300 million, but his real estate business is approaching $1 billion.

Sales is what allowed him to reach such a staggering dollar figure.

Grant gets a bit over the top with showing off his wealth and displaying his “type A” personality in some of his ads, but many of his programs are packed full of high-value content.

Products

Cardone University contains almost 800 video lessons split up among 14 courses: Sales Fundamentals, Understanding Buyer Psychology, The Perfect Sales System, Perfecting Customer Retention And Conversion, 100 Ways To Stay Motivated, 64 Traits Of Great Entrepreneurs, Mastering The Close, Advanced Closing & Negotiating Strategies, Mastering The Cold Call, Professional Prospecting Strategies, Internet Lead Response Strategies, Advanced Follow-Up Strategies, Incoming Call Mastery, and Personal Finance And Wealth Creation.

Cardone University’s bonuses include a private Cardone University Connect community, exclusive live streams with Grant, private Q&A sessions with Grant, live weekly training sessions online, access to future content, and membership pricing on other products and events from Grant.

You can buy each course individually, but they are much more expensive that way than if you get the subscription and work diligently through all the material.

Each one of these courses has a different name on Cardone University’s main site compared to the name on the subscription service sales page, but they’re similar enough that you can tell which course is which.

Also, you’ll be awarded with a certificate of completion at the end of each course.

First, you learn the fundamentals of sales in his basic sales courses.

Sales Fundamentals has 38 video lessons simplifies sales methodology and contains a variety of proven strategies for both introverted and extroverted salespeople. After that is 29 videos on Understanding Buyer Psychology, where you learn the psychology behind sales. Grant teaches you the types of buyers, negotiation basics, and how to “control” the customer.

With the sales and psychology knowledge, you can then watch The Perfect Sales System’s 73 videos to learn how to double your sales as well as build and lead sales teams.

Negotiating and closing deals takes both the right mindset and practical skills.

Perfecting Customer Retention and Conversion irons out your sales conversations by teaching how to handle customer complaints and objections in 23 lessons. You’ll learn buyer types and how to take control of the situation.

100 Ways to Stay Motivated gives you 101 tips on purpose and motivation, while 64 Traits of Great Entrepreneurs is 65 lessons on the qualities of successful salespeople and entrepreneurs.

There are 3 whole programs about advanced closing tactics, with an emphasis on the phone.

Mastering The Close delivers 42 lessons on closing theory, psychology, strategy, and mistakes to avoid. Grant throws in some closes he claims work in any situation too.

For those who want to master the art of negotiation, there’s Advanced Closing and Negotiation Strategies. Topics covered in its 106 lessons include how to handle stalls and rebuttals to use on customers who object to the sale.

And then there’s Mastering The Cold Call, which is 59 lessons all about learning one of the hardest aspects of sales, aka cold phone sales.

Lessons on scaling are plentiful in Cardone University.

First, you have to learn how to build an automated lead pipeline. You’ll learn that and other lead acquisition topics in Professional Prospecting Strategies’s 30 lessons. Internet Lead Response Strategies teaches the digital side of lead acquisition with 23 more lessons.

Following up with leads is crucial to both keeping your leads and getting more, and so Advanced Follow-Up Strategies has 132 lessons on this topic. You’ll learn email strategies, how to create follow-up lead campaigns, scripts for your funnel’s traffic, and more.

Once your leads are coming in, some leads might actually call you, but that doesn’t mean you’ll always convert them. Incoming Call Mastery’s 22 lessons will help you minimize your lost incoming phone leads.

And finally, there’re 32 lessons on money management in Personal Finance and Wealth Creation. Take this course when you’re making a lot of money from your efforts so it doesn’t all go to waste.

Now, the bonuses.

Similar to a physical university, Cardone University has a private group meant for learning and networking on McGraw-Hill’s Connect education platform.

Grant makes himself available to students quite often through private Q&A sessions, weekly live trainings, and exclusive livestreams with him and his industry expert partners.

Your Cardone University membership also entitles you to future content and membership pricing on other new products and events.

Cardone University has an overwhelming amount of content. To get the most out of your membership, you should work through these every day and then go back and work through them again to reinforce the concepts.

Upsells And Downsells

Cardone University has 2 downsells and 9 total upsells. The downsells are two courses called Selling 101 and Grant Cardone Live Events. The upsells, called Industry Expert courses, are a host of courses from industry experts that Grant has partnered with. They’re called Daymond on Demand, Sales Mastery Academy, Hiring Academy, Personality Assessment Academy, Social Selling, Leadership Academy, Monster Producer Academy, Star Power Academy, and Grant’s Advanced Sales Negotiation certification program.

Every Industry Experts course gives you 12 months of access.

The industry experts (in the same order as above) are Daymond John, Victor Antonio, David Jensen, Dr. Tony Alessandra, Jamie Shanks, Dave Andersen, Micheal Burt, and Hank Norman.

Selling 101 covers the most basic sales information to prepare you for the Sales Fundamentals course. Grant Cardone Live Events is a series of videos from Grant’s best moments at live events he’s spoken at.

Now the upsells.

Daymond on Demand is for serious entrepreneurs who want to take their business up a level.

This course is the Shark himself’s take on starting a multi-million dollar business. He covers branding, raising capital, identifying your target market, product or service validation, and a lot of other stuff.

Victor Antonio teaches Sales Master Academy.

I’m assuming some of the content in this course is similar to Grant’s, but it’s valuable nonetheless.

Either way, Victor Antonio spent 20 years in sales and became President of Global Sales & Marketing for a company worth almost half a billion dollars before retiring to the sales speaker lifestyle. His course covers everything from cold calling to objections to upselling and more.

If you’re looking to scale but don’t know how to hire, there’s David Jensen’s Hiring Academy.

His academy covers the whole interview process, from the fundamentals all the way to the post-interview process. There’s also a bonus interviewing ebook, and David holds live events and webinars where he expands upon these topics.

Dr. Tony Alessandra’s Personality Assessment Academy shows you how to maximize your personality in business.

You’ll learn what drives people’s behaviors and how to use your personality to sell. This course has an initial personality assessment, an interactive training program, and an interactive communications coach for more help.

More sales are happening digitally, and Social Selling by Jamie Shanks shows you how to cash in.

Jamie shows you how to move your entire sales process to the digital realm in 6 weeks max. You’ll also learn the fundamentals of reaching out to and educating prospects on sites like LinkedIn.

He actually guarantees your lead pipeline increase by 20% within 6 months of applying everything in the course.

Dave Andersen’s Leadership Academy teaches exactly that: Leadership.

Everything related to leadership is covered through a 40-day Super Leadership Training Program.  There’s also a 40-day Super Sales Bootcamp, because you can never learn enough about sales.

To support the content, Dave Q&A and video clips, but he also gives live presentations.

Monster Producer Academy contains Micheal Burt’s step-by-step process to grow your business up to 43% in a year.

He openly states his goal with the program is to have every student reach $250k in personal income per year. He does that by essentially teaching you how to sell yourself or your company in a world-class manner.

Hank Norman teaches Star Power Academy.

This one’s all about how to become “famous”, or at least how to make your business famous. In essence, it’s about spreading the word about your business with the only truly free advertising method, word-of-mouth.

His teachings are supposed to make it easy to gain the exposure most businesses would kill for.

Then Grant himself offers a certification program in Advanced Sales Negotiation.

He doesn’t give any information on this, but it actually sounds like his Advanced Closing and Negotiation Strategies course, certification and all.

Pricing

Cardone University costs $97 per month. You can buy courses individually if you’d like, although they’re much more expensive than $97 per month:

Perfecting Customer Retention And Conversion and Internet Lead Response Strategies cost $495 each.

Sales Fundamentals, Understanding Buyer Psychology, Professional Prospecting Strategies, Incoming Call Mastery, and Personal Finance and Wealth Creation cost $695 each.

64 Traits Of Great Entrepreneurs costs $795.

The Perfect Sales System and Mastering The Cold Call cost $995 each.

Mastering The Close, Advanced Closing & Negotiating Strategies, and Advanced Follow-Up Strategies cost $1,095 each.

Finally, 100 Ways To Stay Motivated costs $1,995.

As for the upsells and downsells…

Every industry expert course except for Daymond John’s and Hank Norman’s costs $997. Daymond’s course costs $2,497, while Hank’s costs $1,495.

The Selling 101 course costs $695, while the Grant Cardone Live Events course costs $995.

Affiliate Program

Cardone University has an affiliate program. Affiliates can earn between 5% and 20% commissions per sale. Commissions are paid out quarterly on the 15th following the end of each fiscal quarter. In other words, you’ll be paid January 15th, April 15th, July 15th, and October 15th. Your commission balance must be at least $100 to be paid out, otherwise you have to wait for the next payout date.

This affiliate program isn’t limited to Cardone University. You can promote basically any of Grant Cardone’s products once you’re an affiliate.

Signing up is free and pretty easy. To do so, you have to head here. Once there, you have to create your username and password, fill in some basic information, agree to the terms and conditions, and your account will be created instantly. There’s no strict screening process or week-long wait times.

Recap

Cardone University is not a scam, but it’s pretty expensive compared to some other training programs.

Normally I’d say the training is overpriced, but the $97 per month subscription isn’t that bad at all, especially if it helps you sell tens of thousands of dollars worth of products or services.

Cardone University is much cheaper than a “real” university too, and you aren’t forced to take a bunch of irrelevant classes that bore you to death.

However, Grant’s books have plenty of good stuff in them if you can’t afford the price.

Freedom Mentor Review – is Phil Pustejovsky’s real estate mentoring program a scam?

Freedom Mentor is a real estate mentoring program that shows you how to get into the world of real estate.Freedom Mentor

In our Freedom Mentor review, I’ll give you a rundown of the whole program.

Everyone praises real estate as an amazing investment, a great business model, you name it. The goal of many is to either become financially free directly through real estate or through some other means then invest their profits into real estate.

Thanks to this enthusiasm, there have been tons of real estate scams for years. Most of them promise quick, easy, low-risk riches

You’ve probably heard of those house-flipping seminar scams. The presenters persuade you to buy a property by providing some useful but mostly garbage information, have you sign contracts to prevent you from suing, then they screw you over because the properties they were hyping up weren’t great at all.

There’re plenty more types of real estate scams beyond those seminars, too.

Phil Pustejovsky’s Freedom Mentor apprentice program isn’t one of them. It’s actually a good program, but it’s definitely not for everybody.

Read our full Freedom Mentor review below for more information.

FAQ

1.) What is Freedom Mentor? Freedom Mentor is a real estate mentoring program created by real estate investor Phil Pustejovsky. It’s also the name of the rest of Phil’s real estate education business.

2.) Who is Phil Pustejovsky? Phil Pustejovsky is a real estate investor, author, mentor, coach, and founder of Freedom Mentor. He also runs an extremely popular Freedom Mentor YouTube channel where he gives away free advice and opinions. In addition to his businesses, he puts on live events.

3.) How do I join Freedom Mentor? To join Freedom Mentor, you have to apply on the site. Once you apply, a member of Phil’s team will reach out to you sometime afterward to discuss the program. You’ll then be screened on the call to determine if you’re a worthy candidate.

4.) How does Freedom Mentor work? You split the profits 50/50 with Phil until you’ve reached $100,000. What this does is give Phil “skin in the game” so he’s further motivated to secure the best deals, making this a win-win program.

5.) What else does Freedom Mentor’s Apprentice program include? Freedom Mentor includes access to a lender database, 2 conference calls per week with other apprentices, daily communication with Freedom Mentor’s coaching staff, and 3 calls per month with the coaching staff.

6.) A little background on Phil? Phil graduated from Vanderbilt University. He claims he partied so hard during that time that he ended up homeless and living out of a truck. He failed his first few times in real estate, then decided to get a mentor when he hit rock bottom. Slowly but surely, he began to build his wealth in real estate and he eventually became financially free. He founded Freedom Mentor to help others through the power of mentoring and coaching.

7.) What businesses does Phil run aside from Freedom Mentor? Aside from Freedom Mentor, Phil’s other business is a real estate firm called Relief Real Estate that buys houses from homeowners with an emphasis on fast, simple, fair deals.

8.) What is Phil’s real estate investing philosophy? Phil adheres to what he calls “creative real estate”. Creative real estate is essentially any real estate investing that doesn’t follow traditional methods. Phil’s creative real estate investing is about seeking out motivated sellers and negotiating directly with them.

9.) What does Phil mean by a motivated seller? A motivated seller to Phil is any seller who you can contact directly and negotiate a deal. This is advantageous because there’s no real estate agent to pay, less competition, and more negotiating power. You can negotiate on a price multiple times instead of submitting your bid and hoping the seller takes it.

10.) What are some characteristics of traditional real estate investing? In traditional real estate investing, investors look to buy properties from the Multiple Listing Service through a real estate agent. Other characteristics include buying from wholesalers, participating in property bidding wars, traditional financing, heavy competition, and a need to constantly seek out deals. Essentially, traditional real estate investing requires a lot of money.

11.) What are some benefits of traditional real estate investing? Traditional real estate investing does have some advantages. Its main advantage is the ability to snag properties more quickly. When you have a lot of money to play around with, getting properties is as easy as bidding on multiple properties through a real estate agent and closing a deal. Also, traditional real estate is great for scoring long-term deals since you can provide cash up front instead of relying on seller financing. In addition, auctions are a part of traditional real estate. Properties are guaranteed to sell at auctions, so they’re easy targets if you want to find new properties. Lastly, creative real estate tends to have worse educational programs out there than traditional real estate.

12.) What are some characteristics of creative real estate investing? In Phil’s take on creative real estate investing, it’s all about seeking out motivated sellers. You don’t need a lot of cash or credit, because you’ll be negotiating directly with the seller and possible obtain seller financing. Speaking of seller financing, that’s just when the property owner provides the buyer financing directly so they don’t have to go to a bank.

13.) What are some benefits of creative real estate investing? Creative real estate’s main benefit is the low barrier to entry. If you follow Phil’s model, you need neither money nor credit to break into real estate investing. In traditional real estate, you need the money to buy the properties or the credit to obtain the financing. Less competition in creative real estate means you can take more time to scope out good deals and negotiate on a fair price. Phil discusses yet another advantage in his course: when institutional investors like Wall Street buy up properties, people freak out. The creative investor thinks “great, I can just sell my properties to Wall Street for large gains!”.

14.) What is the Multiple Listing Service? The Multiple Listing Service, or MLS for short, is a suite of services real estate brokers use to facilitate real estate transactions. The most prominent feature is the list of properties. You have to be a real estate agent to gain access to the MLS.

15.) What is Phil’s Creative Real Estate Formula? It has 6 steps: Generate Leads, Qualify Leads, Contract, Deal Evaluation, Exit Strategy, and Close. Generate Leads involves finding motivated sellers, Qualify Leads is when you first meet with leads and inspect the property, Contract is when you make an offer and get a contract, Deal Evaluation is when you thoroughly inspect the property and all related items like the title and tax liens, Exit Strategy is when you fix up the house and prepare to sell it, and Close is all about closing the deal.

16.) What is house flipping? House flipping is a real estate business model where you buy properties with the intent to later sell for a profit. Usually, house flippers buy an undervalued or poor-condition house, fix it up, then sell it when the value of the house appreciates.

17.) What does Phil look for in candidates for the Apprentice program? Phil wants his apprentices to be coachable, action-oriented, honest, committed, and to have a positive mental attitude. Essentially, he wants open-minded, honest students who are dedicated to taking action and succeeding in real estate despite any challenges that come their way.

18.) How much can I earn as a Freedom Mentor apprentice? You can make a good amount of money. You might think you won’t since you’re splitting net profits 50/50 with Phil, but that aligns Phil’s interests with yours. Since he also earns money on successful deals, he’s just as motivated to try and earn a lot of money. Still, you won’t become a millionaire overnight, and you shouldn’t expect the wild success he depicts in his testimonials.

19.) How much does Freedom Mentor cost? Freedom Mentor costs $3,000 upfront plus a $197 per month membership fee.

20.) Does Freedom Mentor offer a free trial? No. This is a mentor program, so Phil can’t offer a free trial.

21.) Are there any upsells? No.

22.) Are there any downsells? Yes, Phil offers a free real estate course called Creative Real Estate Investing And Flipping Houses, a few of his books, and a Pre Apprentice program as downsells. His books are called How To Be A Real Estate Investor and Real Estate Investing Gone Bad. How To Be A Real Estate Investor is a step-by-step guide for beginners to get into real estate with little cash or credit. Real Estate Investing Gone Bad is a compilation of 21 case studies of real estate deals that fell through for various reasons. The free real estate course introduces you to creative real estate investing, teaching you Phil’s creative real estate formula, general real estate content, and some mindset stuff. The Pre Apprentice program contains a whole lot of features, which I’ll name in the next FAQ.

23.) What is in the Pre Apprentice program? The Pre Apprentice program contains a 10-chapter real estate Supercourse, a success blueprint with step-by-step plans to follow every week, quick start audio and video trainings, a list of funding resources, a library of real estate document templates, a preferred vendor network they call their “million-dollar rolodex”, a knowledge center, the ePartner real estate dealmaking automation software, completed buyer and seller websites for professionalism, a lender database, and 30 days of coaching with Phil.

24.) How much do the downsells cost? Real Estate Investing Gone Bad is $9.99 on Amazon, but you can get it for free on Kindle with an Audible free trial. How To Be A Real Estate Investor normally costs $9.97 on Amazon, but you can get it free by entering your email on Freedom Mentor’s site. Phil also sends you a free investor training video series if you request a free copy of How To Be A Real Estate Investor. The Pre Apprentice Program costs $997.

25.) What is Freedom Mentor’s refund policy? The mentorship program doesn’t offer refunds. The Pre Apprentice program offers a full refund if you email their support team requesting a refund within 3 days of purchasing the Pre Apprentice program.

26.) Does Freedom Mentor have an affiliate program? No.

27.) What is Freedom Mentor’s BBB rating? Freedom Mentor isn’t on the BBB, but Phil’s real estate company called Relief Real Estate has an A+.

28.) Who is Freedom Mentor best for? Freedom Mentor is best for people who want to get into the real estate industry full-time or want to take their investing endeavors to the next level. It’s not for the casual investor.

28.) Does Freedom Mentor have any relation to Your Freedom Mentor? No. Your Freedom Mentor is an affiliate marketing MLM with no relation to Phil’s Freedom Mentor.

29.) Is Freedom Mentor a scam? No. It’s pricy and Phil takes half the profits, but he’s a successful investor and many of his apprentices find plenty of success too.

30.) Comparable Products: Lease Option Pro, Bigger Pockets

Freedom Mentor Review – Overview

Freedom Mentor is a real estate mentoring program that gives investors the rare opportunity to earn money while learning from and working with a successful real estate investor.

That real estate investor is Phil Pustejovsky. A little background on Phil first.

Phil attended and graduated from Vanderbilt University.

While there, he partied extremely hard and still managed to squeak by with a mechanical engineering degree.

His poor GPA made the job hunt a struggle, though, so he took a job as a valet, which he says humbled him and taught he had to work for what he wanted. Phil asked many of the wealthy valet clients for advice, and many of them said real estate go them rich.

The seeds were planted, but his journey started out rough. His first real estate deal fell through and left him homeless and living out of a truck.

Phil then stumbled upon a veteran investor who would later become his mentor after he hit rock bottom. Slowly but surely, he began to build his wealth in real estate and he eventually became financially free. So financially free, in fact, that he’s “retired” to a waterfront mansion in Florida.

He calls his philosophy”creative real estate investing”. In broad terms, this is anything real estate investing method that doesn’t involve traditional characteristics like using the Multiple Listing Service or real estate agents. Phil’s take is to market to and negotiate directly with sellers to avoid the hassle and competition involved in traditional investing.

In Freedom Mentor, he partners with his apprentices to strike these deals, and yes, the apprentices get paid.

Information on the program can be hard to come by, though, so read the rest of our Freedom Mentor review below.

Product

Freedom Mentor partners you with Phil to learn real estate with real-world deals. Other features include a personalized investment plan, access to a lender database, 2 conference calls per week with other apprentices, daily communication with Freedom Mentor’s coaching staff, and 3 calls per month with the coaching staff.

First, the program itself.

You and Phil partner up to form an actual real estate business. Phil splits all net profits with you 50/50. What this does is incentivize him to work hard and find good deals.

And by finding good deals, you’ll both make money AND you’ll learn what an actual real estate deal looks like.

The personalized investment plan is what you follow.

You work with Phil’s staff to create a plan based on your goals.

The lender database is a nice addition.

You can use this database to seek out funding when you need it. Phil’s big on creative real estate, but sometimes you do need a bit of financing.

Then you get 2 conference calls per week with other apprentices.

On these calls, you can share stories from your time in the real estate trenches. You’ll get to establish some camaraderie with other apprentices.

Of course, you talk a lot with the coaching staff too.

The coaching staff keeps in contact with you on a daily basis since you’re part of a real estate business. In addition to that, you get 3 coaching calls per month where they’ll help you overcome the obstacles you’re bound to run into in real estate.

I think the intention of the bonuses is to provide the formal education portion. The main part of the program is the “on-the-job” learning portion, kind of like a real estate “internship”.

Upsells and Downsells

Freedom Mentor has no upsells, but it has 4 downsells. They are his free Creative Real Estate Investing And Flipping Houses course, his two books called How To Be A Real Estate Investor and Real Estate Investing Gone Bad, and his Pre Apprentice program.

His free course introduces you to his creative real estate investing philosophy. It’s split into 7 modules: Getting Started, Creative Vs. Traditional Real Estate Investing, Step By Step Creative Real Estate Investing Formula, Buying Real Estate Without Cash Or Credit, Flipping Houses Wisdom, Planning Your Future in Real Estate, and What You Need To Know Before You Start Investing.

There is a lot of content packed into the free course. If you’re willing to strike out on your own without Phil and pursue creative real estate investing, I bet the free course has everything you need to get started.

All you need is a free Teachable student account to enroll in his free course.

How To Be A Real Estate Investor is a simple, step-by-step guide for beginner investors to break into real estate with little cash or credit.

Real Estate Investing Gone Bad has 21 case studies about real estate deals that failed. Usually, the deals involved new investors or investors buying properties they weren’t experienced with. Everyone always hypes up real estate as the greatest investment out there, so it’s cool that Phil is able to balance that out with a book that shows real estate isn’t some get-rich-quick scheme.

The Pre Apprentice Program contains a creative real estate investing “supercourse”, a list of sites to find buyers and sellers, 1 year of access to ePartner real estate software, a library of form templates, a rolodex, a quick start video and audio series, a knowledge center, Phil’s Fast Cash Success Blueprint, access to deal funding, and 30 days of coaching with Phil.

You can’t easily find the Pre Apprentice program without searching for it on his site with the search bar.

Pricing

Freedom Mentor costs $3,000 upfront plus a $197 per month membership fee.

How To Be A Real Estate Investor costs $9.97 on Amazon. However, Phil offers it as a free lead magnet on his site if you give him your email. He also includes a free investor training video series if you opt for the free book, so there’s no point in buying it off Amazon.

Real Estate Investing Gone Bad costs $9.99 on Amazon, but you can sign up for an Audible free trial and get the audiobook version for free.

The Pre Apprentice program costs $997.

Affiliate Program

Freedom Mentor’s apprentice program does not have an affiliate program. Phil only wants the most serious aspiring real estate entrepreneurs in his program, similar to how Jeff Samis only wants the most serious students in his Profit League community.

Phil’s other Freedom Mentor products don’t have affiliate opportunities either, unfortunately.

Recap

Freedom Mentor isn’t a scam.

There are tons of real estate courses out there, like Kris Krohn’s Lease Option Pro. However, there are not a lot of formal mentor programs where you can earn money while breaking into real estate.

Sure, it’s expensive. But again, it’s more than just a real estate course.

You could learn by reading online resources and trying your hand at real estate yourself, or you can cut your learning curve by investing in your education.

Neither way is wrong as long as you’re serious about making money in real estate.

Phil gives you both options with Freedom Mentor anyways.

Power Lead System – Is Neil Guess and Michael Price’s MLM program a scam?

Power Lead System is both a marketing platform with a full suite of marketing tools with a heavy MLM emphasis.Power Lead System

In our Power Lead System review, I’ll break down the whole program for you.

Power Lead System basically sells you a “business in a box”. What this means is they have a product to sell and a whole system for selling it, but all you have to do is put in the work to make sales.

The products they do offer aren’t totally useless. In fact, they’re decent for collecting leads and building a sales funnel.

But upon closer inspection, Power Lead System actually has many of the same features of an MLM company. The focus isn’t on the products themselves, but selling the products as an affiliate.

Read the rest of our Power Lead System review below for more information.

FAQ

1.) What is Power Lead System? Power Lead System is a suite of marketing tools with an affiliate program that’s essentially an MLM. It was created by Neil Guess in 2013. Power Lead System Customer is the main subscription, everything else including the affiliate program is either an upsell or a downsell.

2.) What’s included in Power Lead System? Power Lead system includes Google hangout pages, lead capture pages, video sales pages, audio & video postcards, email campaign & autoresponder tools, custom sales funnels, a content management system, SEO keyword research tools, unlimited subdomains for your sales pages, and ad tracking tools. They also hold weekly live training webinars and Google hangouts to help affiliates sell more of their products. There’s a training area and a support team as well.

3.) Who is Neil Guess? Neil Guess is an internet marketer based out of Washington. He is co-founder and co-owner of Power Lead System. Prior to Power Lead System, he was an affiliate with Solavei, an MLM company that sold contract-free mobile phone services.

4.) Who is Michael Price? Michael Price is the other co-owner of Power Lead System. He’s won multiple sales and MLM awards, including being named Sales Rep of the Year at a Fortune 100 Company. He even used to be a trainer for Tony Robbins’s Robbins Research International. Lastly, Michael is the founder of PricelessPossibilities.com and it’s Priceless Possibilities Marketing Platform.

5.) What is the Priceless Possibilities Marketing Platform? Priceless Possibilities Marketing Platform is the underlying platform that Power Lead System is based on. It was founded in 1996. Power Lead System is essentially an MLM spin on Priceless Possibilities Marketing Platform.

6.) What is a “business in a box”? A “business in a box” is when someone gives you the products to sell and system to sell them, leaving you to just make the sale. It’s basically a business opportunity that’s ready to go.

7.) What is Endless Free Leads? Endless Free Leads is a Facebook marketing course created by internet marketer Max Steingart. See FAQ $23 for more details regarding Social Profit Academy and its relationship to Power Lead System.

8.) What is Social Profit Academy? Social Profit Academy is a Facebook marketing course created by internet marketer Jeff Mills. See FAQ #21 for more details regarding Social Profit Academy and its relationship to Power Lead System.

9.) What is Master Traffic Academy? Master Traffic Academy is a course that teaches about traffic generation. See FAQ #21 for more information regarding Master Traffic Academy and its relationship to Power Lead System.

10.) Does Power Lead System have a Facebook group or other online community? Yes. They have a closed Facebook group with almost 47,000 members called Official Power Lead System Facebook Group. There are a ton of other groups posing as the Power Lead System group, but they’re mostly full of people trying to use their affiliate links.

11.) What happens in the Facebook group? Power Lead System’s Facebook group is a place for affiliates to share tips and ask questions about anything related to Power Lead System. They have a strict policy against posting links to your primary MLM, other affiliate links, or lead capture pages under your control. This protects against all the pitching you see in the imitation groups.

12.) How do I gain access to the Facebook group? Once you sign up for Power Lead System, you’ll get a welcome email with a link to join the Facebook group. Follow that link. Going directly to the page won’t work, and they don’t allow current members to add new members no matter what.

13.) How much does Power Lead System cost? Power Lead System costs $30 per month for a customer account.

14.) Does Power Lead System have a free trial? Yes, you get a 30-day free trial. Make sure to cancel your subscription before the trial period ends if you don’t want to be charged.

15.) Are there any upsells? Yes, there are 4 upsells. The first one is the Gold membership, which is just a normal subscription to Power Lead’s Systems products plus access to the affiliate program. The other three upsells are the Diamond plan, the Platinum plans, and the Master Traffic Academy course. Diamond and Platinum require Gold membership to purchase. The Diamond membership has a course called Free Ads Secrets with content about solo ads, co-ops, and methods to save money on ad spend. The Platinum membership is above the Diamond membership and includes an entire Facebook marketing course called Social Profit Academy and a library of video case studies.

16.) How much do the upsells cost? Gold membership adds a $24 monthly fee to your customer account for a total of $54 per month. Diamond costs a one-time fee of $147, while Platinum is a one-time fee of $497. Master Traffic Academy costs $1,497 if you buy it by itself, otherwise, it’s included in the Silver plan.

17.) Are there any downsells? Yes, there are 3 downsells called Free Lead System Forever, Lead Lightning, and the Silver subscription plan.  Free Lead System Forever is a free lead gen system that is basically a lead magnet for the paid products. Lead Lightning lets you build a list of targeted leads and market to them via email. The Silver plan consists of a Facebook marketing course called Endless Free Leads, a course called Master Traffic Academy, and ongoing training.

18.) Does Lead Lightning come with the full Power Lead System membership? Yes. Power Lead System has several pre-built Lead Lightning sales funnels.

19.) How much do the downsells cost? Free Lead System Forever is free. Lead Lightning costs a one-time fee of $7, while Silver costs $29.97 per month (the same as a customer membership).

20.) What is Power Lead System’s refund policy? Power Lead System does not offer a refund policy due to their 7-day free trial.

21.) Does Power Lead System have an affiliate program? Yes, and it’s basically an MLM scheme. You earn $20 per month for each referral that subscribes to the Power Lead System Customer membership. If they become an affiliate, you earn a 50% matching bonus on all their earnings in addition to their monthly subscription to the tools. However, you have to pass up every other sale until your 10th and every 5th sale thereafter to the person who referred you.

22.) What do they mean by “100% commissions”? Power Lead System breaks even on customer account sales. This is because you earn the $20 per month per subscriber and the 50% matching bonus for each of their referrals (in other words $10 per their referrals), which equals $30. This is the same price as the customer account, meaning 100% of commissions are paid to you.

23.) If Power Lead System doesn’t profit on their products, how do they make their money? Affiliate commissions. They keep 100% of your affiliate fees and you don’t earn any commissions on your downline’s affiliate fees. In other words, they’d be out of business if it weren’t for the affiliate program.

24.) What are the commission rates on the upsells and downsells? You can earn $6 per Lead Lightning sale, $15 per month on Silver subscriptions, $100 per personal referral and 25% downline matching bonus on Diamond, and $400 per personal referral plus $50 retail override on your personal referrals’ referrals for Platinum.

25.) Why would I sell free or cheap downsells for little to no commission? The idea is to introduce the customer to the product at whatever level they’re comfortable with. If they don’t want to spend a lot, you’d give them the free lead system or Lead Lightning. In theory, they’d want to upgrade to a more expensive membership after seeing success while using the downsells.

26.) Can only Gold members and above earn affiliate commissions on subscription? No. Subscribers to the downsells can sell those programs to others as well.

27.) What happens if someone isn’t qualified for commissions on a product they sell? The commission will move up the line until it reaches the first qualified member.

28.) How do I know which products I’m qualified to sell? When you log in, there are buttons that allow you to view or purchase the upsells. You’re qualified to earn commissions on any product whose button is green.

29.) If I miss a commission because I wasn’t qualified to sell the product, is there any way to recover it? No. Once a commission is paid to a qualified affiliate, it’s gone.

30.) The commission structure is complicated. Do I have to track all this? No. Their software keeps track of your various commission rates for you.

31.) Do I need my own domain/website to succeed selling the Power Lead System? Yes. Otherwise, you’ll need

32.) What is Power Lead System’s BBB rating? They are not listed on the BBB’s web site.

33.) Is Power Lead System a scam? The products aren’t a scam, although they aren’t groundbreaking. However, the main Viral Affiliate Marketing part of the business is definitely an MLM scheme even though they claim it isn’t.

34.) Comparable programs: AWOL Academy, Clickfunnels

Power Lead System Review – Overview

Power Lead System is a large set of marketing tools, but it also has an MLM side to it.

It was founded by Neil Guess and Michael Price in 2013.

Neil Guess doesn’t have much MLM marketing experience. He was an affiliate for Solavei, an MLM company that sold contract-free mobile phone services. Other than that, not much else is known about him.

On the other hand, Michael Price has a long resume. He’s won multiple sales and MLM-related awards, including Sales Rep of the Year at a Fortune 500 company. He was even a trainer for Tony Robbins’s Robbins Research International for a while.

He’s the creator of Priceless Possibilities Marketing Platform, the marketing platform that Power Lead System is based on.

Well, Power Lead System is basically an MLM of Priceless Possibilities Marketing Platform. As you’ll see, they offer the exact same products, but Power Lead System heavily emphasizes recruiting more affiliates.

In fact, when they do talk about how useful their marketing tools are, it’s usually for the sake of persuading you that you can make a lot of money selling them.

Keep reading our Power Lead System review for all the details.

Product

Power Lead System has a large suite of marketing tools that include Google hangout pages, lead capture pages, video sales pages, audio & video postcards, email campaign & autoresponder tools, custom sales funnels, a content management system, SEO keyword research tools, unlimited subdomains for your sales pages, and ad tracking tools.

Power Lead System also gives weekly live training webinars and Google hangouts to help out their affiliates. For even more support, they have a training area and a support team.

You get unlimited lead pages with Power Lead System. You can design your own or choose from a bunch of pre-designed templates. These lead pages can support video and audio so you can make use of video sales letters. There’s a whole library of photos to use on your page’s background, too.

Given that Priceless Possibilities has been around since 1996, I assume it’s products are pretty good. They aren’t massively different or better than other products, though.

Their main business is the MLM-influenced affiliate marketing opportunity, though. You can tell that as soon as you Google Power Lead System and come across a ton of poorly-designed affiliate marketing sites.

But this is a good thing because you can see how Power Lead System’s products aren’t that great. Wouldn’t all these affiliates have beautiful websites if the lead pages and other tools are so amazing?

Also, the Power Lead System website itself looks like it was created in 2001. There’re a lot of spelling errors and they even mix up the names of some of their products on their FAQ page.

Upsells And Downsells

Power Lead System’s upsells are 3 subscription plans called Gold, Diamond, Platinum; the other upsell is a course called Master Traffic Academy.

Power Lead System’s downsells are called Free Lead System Forever, Lead Lightning, and the Silver subscription plan.

First, the upsells.

The Gold membership is just a normal subscription to Power Lead’s Systems products plus the affiliate program.

The Diamond membership is above the Gold membership and has a course called Free Ads Secrets with content about solo ads, co-ops, and methods to save money on ad spend.

The Platinum membership is above the Diamond membership and includes an entire Facebook marketing course called Social Profit Academy and a library of video case studies.

Master Traffic Academy is a course that teaches how to generate traffic.

Free Lead System Forever is a free lead gen system that is basically a lead magnet for the paid products. Lead Lightning lets you build a list of targeted leads and market to them via email.

The Silver plan consists of a Facebook marketing course created by Max Steingart called Endless Free Leads, a course called Master Traffic Academy, and ongoing training.

Pricing

Power Lead System costs $30 per month for a normal customer account and $54 per month for a Gold account.

Diamond costs a one-time fee of $147, while Platinum is a one-time fee of $497. Master Traffic Academy costs $1,497 if you buy it by itself, otherwise, it’s included in the Silver plan.

Free Lead System Forever is free. Lead Lightning costs a one-time fee of $7, while Silver costs $29.97 per month (the same as a customer membership).

$30 a month for a bunch of basic marketing tools isn’t a bad price. Tools like Clickfunnels might be more well-known, but they’re also much more expensive.

Paying to be part of the affiliate program is yet another sign of MLM influences, though. But more on the affiliate program next.

Affiliate Program

Power Lead System has an affiliate program where affiliates can make money through selling Power Lead System subscriptions and by recruiting more affiliates.

Affiliates earn $20 per month per referral to the Power Lead System Gold for as long as each referral keeps their subscription. That means you can cover your product and affiliate subscriptions and pocket a few extra bucks with just 3 referrals. Your referrals are known as your “payline”, a similar concept to an MLM downline.

Once your referrals become affiliates, you earn a monthly 50% matching bonus on whatever they earn on top of your $20 monthly subscription income. For example, if one of your referrals grows their payline to 20 subscribers, they’d be earning $400 per month. You’d earn $200 per month from that.

However, what they don’t tell you is that you have to pass up commissions to your upline. Every other sale for your first 10 sales are passed up to the affiliate who referred you. After that, you pass up every 5th sale indefinitely.

As for the commissions on upsells and downsells: You can earn $6 per Lead Lightning sale, $15 per month on Silver subscriptions, $100 per personal referral and 25% downline matching bonus on Diamond, and $400 per personal referral plus $50 retail override on your personal referrals’ referrals for Platinum.

Commissions are paid out instantly every Wednesday. You can transfer them directly to your bank account or onto a Visa card as soon as they become available.

If you extrapolate these potential earnings, you could theoretically make thousands in passive income from all your downlines.

Sounds like an MLM, right?

They call their affiliate program “Viral Affiliate Marketing”. They try to tell you it’s not an MLM because you don’t have to recruit your family or friends. Instead, there are millions of entrepreneurs out there who want the opportunity to work from home!

Ok, well if the main part of your business is about recruiting people into the affiliate program so you can make passive income off them, that’s called MLM. Changing your target market from friends and family to strangers doesn’t change the way the business works.

Not to mention that you have to pay to be an affiliate.

But there’re more signs of MLM influence in the affiliate program.

See, if you earn $20 per month per subscriber and a matching bonus of $10 (half of $20) per your referral’s subscriber, Power Lead System is paying you $30 per month which is the same price as the standard subscription. Therefore, Power Lead System can say they “pay 100% commissions”.

In other words, they’re breaking even on their product sales.

So how do they stay in business if they don’t make profits on the products?

You don’t earn any commissions on affiliate fees from your referrals. 100% of affiliate fees go to Power Lead System.

Which brings up an important point: without affiliates, they’d go out of business quickly as there’d be no one paying them.

That’s not a great position to be in.

Recap

Power Lead System’s products aren’t a scam. They work pretty well, although they aren’t mind-blowingly different or more effective than similar products.

The affiliate program is clearly an MLM scheme, despite them claiming that it’s not. I mean, you have to pay a monthly fee to push marketing tools on other people or recruit them into this MLM.

To me, it sounds like Power Lead System is just an MLM company that’s promoting Priceless Possibilities Marketing Platform. The products are the same, but Power Lead System is all about using the products to promote Power Lead System.

In theory, you could make a lot of passive income selling Power Lead System subscriptions to others. The problem is people don’t stick around Power Lead System very long, making it pretty hard to grow a downline.

There are better affiliate programs out there, with better products, too.

Junglescout Review – does this Amazon FBA tool work?

Junglescout is a suite of tools that helps Amazon FBA business identify good niches and products.Junglescout

In our Junglescout review, I’ll tell you if its tools are effective.

Finding a good niche and identifying quality products is key to success in any product business. Amazon FBA’s low barrier to entry makes this even more important since so many people are selling similar products.

Doing it manually is pretty difficult and could take hours, though.

Software like Junglescout can do all the heavy lifting for you if you’re willing to pay for it.

Is Junglescout worth a monthly or yearly subscription?

Read the rest of our Junglescout review for more information.

FAQ

1.) What is Junglescout? Junglescout is a set of product research tools built to help Amazon Sellers find untapped niches and products. The company that created it is also called Junglescout.

2.) What does Junglescout include? Junglescout has both a web app and a Google Chrome extension (called Chrome Extension Lite). The web app is geared towards finding niches/products and optimizing keywords, while the Chrome extension is for analyzing products you’ve already found in greater detail. The web app has 4 main tools: the Product Database, the Product Tracker, the Niche Hunter, and the Keyword Scout. The Chrome extension lets you track daily and monthly sales figures, monthly revenue figures, category rankings, and seller rankings for products and sellers you find on Amazon.

3.) What are the Product Database, Product Tracker, Niche Hunter, and Keyword Scout? The Product Database contains over 10,000 Amazon products, filterable by several attributes. The Product Tracker lets you track and analyze stats on up to 80 products. The Niche Hunter helps you find untapped niches and products within those niches. The Keyword Scout shows you SEO statistics such as related keywords for any products you search.

4.) How many users do the web app and the Chome extension allow? The web app supports up to 3 users. The Chrome extension only lets you have one user per subscription.

5.) What is Amazon’s Fulfillment By Amazon program? Fulfillment By Amazon, or FBA for short, is Amazon’s program that lets you start your own product business on Amazon. You get to list items alongside all of Amazon’s other offerings.

6.) How does FBA work? You need to sign up for an Amazon Seller account. Once you sign up, it’s up to you to find product, determine pricing, and list them on Amazon. Then, you ship your inventory to an Amazon Fulfillment Center. From there, Amazon handles everything else when a customer orders your product. They even provide customer service.

7.) How is FBA different from dropshipping? Dropshipping businesses hold no inventory, so less startup capital is required. However, FBA businesses get to take advantage of Amazon’s massive audience.

8.) What are some obstacles to starting an FBA business? The main obstacle is the sales-based ranking system that leads to a Catch-22 situation. You need to raise your ranking in order to be seen and make sales, but you need to make sales in order to raise your ranking. This is why many FBA entrepreneurs get stuck. See FAQ #s 21 & 22 for Junglescout’s solution. The other obstacle is the startup capital required. You need to invest a few thousand into inventory if you plan on selling a lot.

9.) How much do Junglescout’s products cost? Junglescout’s web app costs $69 per month, or you can pay $480 per year in order to save $29 per month. Junglescout’s Chrome Extention Lite costs $97 per year.

10.) Does Junglescout have a free trial for any of its products? Junglescout offers a 7-day free trial for its Seller plan only. You are required to take the free trial before buying this plan, as your results are part of Junglescout’s calculations to determine your price.

11.) Are there any upsells? Junglescout’s web app has 2 upsells. They are the Business plan and the Seller plan. Chrome Extention Lite’s 1 upsell is Chrome Extension Pro.

12.) What does each upsell include? Business lets you track up to 150 products and add up to 6 total users on your Junglescout account. Seller does all that and gives you scaling tools like Jump Send and a promotional purchase limit feature. Chrome Extension Pro adds historical sales & pricing tracking, a product profit calculator, and FBA fee estimator, and a product opportunity score feature. It ends up being pretty similar to Niche Hunter.

13.) Which plan should I buy? That depends. Startup is good for testing the waters, but you’ll need the Chrome Extension if you want features similar to the Niche Hunter. Standard is the most recommended. It’s good for the lowest level of “serious” FBA entrepreneurs since it lets you track a decent amount of products and gives you the niche hunter. If your business is growing larger, the Business plan’s extra users and trackable products will serve you well. Finally, you should only buy the Seller plan if you’re looking to scale, and willing to pay more if you sell more.

14.) What is Jump Send? Jump Send is a Junglescout-owned marketplace with Amazon products discounted up to 90% off. It has over 100,000 users. Seller plan subscribers gain access to this marketplace.

15.) What is Launch? Launch is the seller-side of Jump Send. It provides features to help your FBA business land a few sales and gain traction. Some of these features include access to Jump Send’s 100,000+ shoppers and personalized email marketing automation to encourage reviews and build relationships with customers.

16.) Are there any downsells? Junglescout’s web app has 1 downsell called Startup. It only lets you track 40 products and doesn’t include the Niche Hunter tool.

17.) How much do the upsells and downsells cost? Startup costs $39 per month or $300 per year, Business costs $99 per month or $600 per year, and Seller starts at $49 per month with no option to pay yearly, but it could cost more depending on your free trial results. The Chrome Extension Pro costs $197 per year.

18.) How is the Seller plan’s price calculated? Junglescout has multiple pricing tiers for the Seller plan based on the number of confirmed monthly orders on your Amazon Seller account during the 30 days prior to the end of your free trial. Pricing is as follows: $49/month for up to 500 orders, 69/month for 501 – 2,000 orders, $99/month for 2,001 – 5,000 orders, $199/month for 5,001 – 10,000 orders, and $399/month for 10,001+ orders.

19.) What is Junglescout’s refund policy? Junglescout offers a risk-free, 14-day money back guarantee.

20.) Does Junglescout have an affiliate program? Yes. Affiliates earn $20 per Chrome extension referral and 100% commissions on the first month of their referrals’ monthly subscription fees.

21.) What is a Super Affiliate? Junglescout affiliates that make 20 conversions in 60 days are personally contacted by Junglescout with details on the Super Affiliate program. Super affiliates earn 25% of each extension referral and 25% of each annual web app subscription. Super Affiliates can also earn through monthly and quarterly bonuses handed out to top performers. Other Super Affiliate bonuses include custom discount links for more sales and get free subscriptions to Junglescout, Jump Send, and another Junglescout tool called Fetcher.

22.) What is Junglescout’s BBB rating? A-.

23.) Is Junglescout a scam? No. It can be difficult to tell if courses and businesses are scams, but tools and software are much more cut and dry. Junglescout has a ton of features for growing a profitable FBA business, and with 4 subscription tiers all priced well, there’s no question that it’s not a scam.

24.) Comparable companies: ProfitSourcery, Helium 10, Salesdash

Junglescout Review – Overview

Junglescout is an Amazon product research tool that identifies relatively untapped niches and profitable products. It was created by a company also called Junglescout.

Why would you need software to find niches and products?

You could theoretically research profitable niches and find products within those niches.

But that takes so much more time than buying software, and we all know time is our greatest resource.

I mean, Amazon FBA already requires a larger amount of startup capital than similar business models. If you have a few thousands dollars to invest into inventory, then a small subscription fee shouldn’t be noticeable at all.

And since you’re risking a lot of money by buying inventory, you may as well maximize your chances of success with paid tools anyways.

That’s why I’d recommend investing in some software if you want to take an Amazon FBA store beyond something that pays the bills.

But is Junglescout good enough to do that?

Keep reading our Junglescout review for more details.

Products

Junglescout offers both a web app and a Google Chrome browser extension. The web app comes with a Product Database, a Product Tracker that lets you track up to 80 items, a Niche Hunter, and a Keyword Scout. The Chrome extension tracks daily and monthly sales figures, monthly revenue figures, category rankings, and seller rankings for products and sellers you find on Amazon.

The web app lets you have up to 3 users per account, while the extension limits you to only one user.

Junglescout’s Product Database is where you want to start.

Their database has tens of thousands of products to choose from. You can filter your searches by sales, revenue, average ratings, and many other factors to find the products that will sell well in your store.

You first choose one of Amazon’s many major marketplaces (like the US or UK), then you can select the categories you want to look through.

Within these categories is where you can filter your search. There are a lot of filters to adjust, so there’s a good chance you’ll find some very niche products.

Finally, when you’ve found a product, you can sort its information for easy comparison with similar products.

It wouldn’t be enough to just find products if you couldn’t track them, which is where the Product Tracker comes in.

The Product Tracker allows you to keep a constant eye on sales numbers, Best Seller Ranking, and inventory levels of up to 80 products you’re interested in.

Now 80 might sound like a lot of products, but they add up faster than you think. Don’t get too eager about tracking every product on Amazon.

Anyways, it’ll display these stats in the form of a graph for easy analysis.

To the side of the graph lies a box with additional product information like weight, dimensions, ratings, reviews, fees, and more.

If you don’t niche down, you won’t make many sales, but your results won’t be much better if you niche down incorrectly. That’s what Niche Hunter’s for.

Niche Hunter might be Junglescout’s web app’s most powerful tool. Instead of searching for products that might be in your niche, Niche Hunter lets you search by keywords, peek at competitor listings, and find multiple products in a similar niche.

The interface itself looks almost the same as the Product Database, but the filters are a little different. There’re filters you’d expect like average price, average number of units sold, and competition; but there’re also some more obscure ones like opportunity score, listing quality score, and even word count.

Your search results will have all these listed next to them, as well as the keywords used to search for them.

You can expand your results for more details, but you’ll also see a graph of search volume over time.

Below that graph are some tips about niche selection, too.

Niche Hunter is a bit complicated, but Junglescout has some tutorial videos to get you acquainted.

Junglescout also has a Keyword Scout for SEO optimization.

It’s similar to other keyword research tools.

Keyword Scout will show you search volume for broad and exact matches, dominant product category, HSA bids, exact and broad PPC bids, and relevancy score for the keyword you searched and similar keywords.

The similar keywords provide an easy way to rank highly for products without competing directly with sellers using the main keywords.

There’s also a “recommended giveaway” that estimates how many products you should giveaway during promotions to rank highly for your target keywords.

Using this tool could help you avoid paying for traffic.

The browser extension tracks a lot of data on products you see on Amazon.

For example, it’ll tell you the daily and monthly sales numbers of a product you’re looking at. It’ll tell you monthly revenue too.

But it also tracks reviews and ratings on products.

It even tells you a product’s ranking in its Amazon category and the product’s seller’s ranking.

Overall, Junglescout’s web app is geared towards identifying new niches and products, while the browser extension is more for analyzing products you’ve already found on a deeper level.

I think the browser extension is best for running in the background, like when you’re casually browsing Amazon. You never know if you’ll accidentally find your next big seller while you’re shopping online.

Beyond that, you could just forego the extension because Niche Hunter does much of the same stuff.

Upsells And Downsells.

Junglescout’s web app’s has a downsell called Startup and 2 upsells called Business and Seller, bringing the total number of subscription tiers to 4. Each tier includes everything from the preceding tier in addition to new features.

Startup does not include the Niche Hunter tool, and you can only track 40 products. Startup limits you to 1 user as well.

The Business plan lets you track up to 150 products. In addition, this plan doubles the number of users you can have, bringing the total to 6 users.

Seller doesn’t add more space for product tracking nor does it add additional users, but it does give you access to scaling opportunities through a site owned by Junglescout known as Jump Send.

Jump Send is a Junglescout-owned site with hundreds of Amazon products discounted up to 90% off. It has over 100,000 users browsing those products.

The seller’s side of Jump Send is called Launch. Since your first few FBA sales are hard to come by, Launch lets you take advantage of discount-hunting customers to get your business off the ground. Launch’s features include access to Jump Send’s shopper base, the ability to generate discount codes to land your first sales, and email personalization and automation features to increase your ratio of positive to negative reviews.

Seller also lets you set promotional purchase limits to increase profits while protecting inventory levels.

Pricing

Junglescout’s Chrome Extension Lite costs $97 per year. Chrome Extension Pro costs $197 per year. You can’t opt for a monthly payment for either extension.

For the web app, every plan but Seller offers both monthly and yearly subscription plans.

Junglescout’s  Standard plan costs $69 per month or $480 per year, which is about 43% savings. The Startup plan costs $30 per month or $300 per year, which is about 36% in savings. Lastly, Business costs $99 per month or $600 per year, which is almost 50% savings.

Seller’s pricing starts at $49 per month, but you’re required to take the 7-day free trial. This is because Junglescout calculates your final price based on the amount of confirmed orders on your Amazon Seller account within the 30-day period that ends with the end of your free trial.

Pricing for Seller is as follows: $49/month for up to 500 orders, 69/month for 501 – 2,000 orders, $99/month for 2,001 – 5,000 orders, $199/month for 5,001 – 10,000 orders, and $399/month for 10,001+ orders. This is the same pricing structure that Launch uses.

At first glance, increasing the price based on orders seems like it would discourage people from subscribing to Seller. However, I think Seller’s pricing structure is fair given that they target entrepreneurs looking to scale. If you’re looking to scale from 5,000 sales per month, there’s a great chance you can afford a lot more in tools then someone who only sells 300 orders per month.

As for the other plans, Standard is probably the best choice for most. The Niche Hunter tool alone is worth more than the $30 a month you’d save with Startup, as it provides most of the same information as the Chrome extension.

I think they set it up this way so intentionally to make more sales.

Affiliate Program

Junglescout has an affiliate program through the affiliate SaaS platform Partnerstack. Affiliates earn $20 per Chrome extension referral and 100% commissions on the first month of their referrals’ monthly subscription fees. For example, a referral that signs up for the Business plan on a monthly basis would earn you $99. In addition, you can cross-sell Jump Send, Fetcher, and Splitly.

If you make 20 conversions in 60 days, you will be considered for Super Affiliate Status.

Super Affiliates earn 25% of each extension referral and 25% of each annual web app subscription. Super Affiliates can earn even more through monthly and quarterly bonuses handed out to top performers. They also get to use custom discount links for more sales and they even get free subscriptions to Junglescout, Jump Send, and Fetcher.

Each commission has to “age” for 30 days before landing in your bucket of commissions to be paid out. Your commissions are then paid out on the 15th of each month via PayPal as long as you have at least $250 in payable commissions.

The application only takes a minute. It asks for basic personal information, what kind of marketer you are, your Junglescout experience/usage, your methods for marketing Junglescout, and your audience size.

Most applicants are approved within 24 hours, so contact them if you don’t hear back just in case your application got lost in the shuffle.

Once you’re an affiliate, Junglescout provides you a training manual and some other materials to get you up to speed

They also throw you some marketing materials that they claim make customers 2.5x more likely to convert.

Marketing materials include videos, banner ads, HTML ads, brochures, email swipes, free downloadable resources, and Junglescout’s top free informational web pages.

This is an excellent affiliate program for FBA entrepreneurs because of the Super Affiliate status. Not only can you supplement your FBA earnings, but you don’t even have to pay for the same tools that enhance your FBA business.

Recap

Junglescout works very well.

However, a hammer is useless without knowing how to build anything. Similarly, tools like Junglescout won’t create a wildly profitable FBA business out of thin air if you don’t know how to run an FBA business at all.

You can learn the information for free from browsing online, or you can pay money to cut your learning curve with a step-by-step program like Amazing Selling Machine.

With knowledge and tools in hand, there isn’t much stopping you from earning your financial freedom through an Amazon FBA business.

High Ticket Closer Review – Overview

High Ticket Closer is a 7-week video training program that teaches how to close high ticket deals.

It was created by multi-million dollar entrepreneur Dan Lok.

A little background about Dan.

Dan Lok immigrated from Hong Kong to Canada at age 14 with his mother while his father, who later went bankrupt, stayed in Hong Kong. Dan had to pick up some of the financial slack by getting a grocery job at 16.

He went to college for a while, but then he met his future mentor Alan Jacques, who Dan would credit with teaching him everything he knows about business and sales.

Dan dropped out of college and took began a formal copywriting mentorship under Alan, citing the need to take care of his parents that did what they could with what little money they had.

He experienced a lot of failure before he got his first real success. It only went up from there.

He became a self-made millionaire at age 27, then hit 8 figures a short while later.

Dan credits two things for most of his success. One is his mentor Alan, and the other is his high ticket closing skills.

In High Ticket Closer, he aims to impart those same skills to aspiring entrepreneurs.

It’s an expensive, time-consuming course, so the decision to buy it should not be taken lightly. Not to mention that getting good at closing takes a lot of practice regardless of your education.

But Dan puts his own business’s sales team through the same training that you’ll go through in High Ticket Closer, so he’s sure you’ll gain the skill set necessary to make multiple 6 figures in any pursuit you choose.

In fact, he says that students who do well in their coursework could have a shot at joining his sales team! Or in other words, you might get the chance to sell High Ticket Closer to others.

Keep reading our High Ticket Closer review for more details.

Product

High Ticket Closer’s main content is a series of live calls with Dan Lok himself. The course is split into 7 weeks covering the following topics: high ticket mindset, human psychology and high ticket sales, call-closing methods, sales scripts, handling objections, finding high ticket sales partners, and making a 6 figure income as a high ticket closer. You can unlock an 8th bonus week if total class attendance among you and your classmates is at least 80%.

Each week’s class lasts about 3-4 hours, but Dan stays on the phone until every last question is answered during Week 7.

High Ticket Closer comes with a few bonuses. They are Dan’s 6 Steps to 6 Figures Formula program, recordings of both real high ticket sales calls and roleplays, and access to the High Ticket Closer private Facebook group.

The course structure is rather unique. Dan doesn’t just send you a bunch of videos to do at your own pace. Rather, you “attend” the classes with fellow students who enrolled at the same time.

This makes for a hands-on learning experience and it improves accountability among the students.

For more accountability, Dan splits everyone up into accountability groups of 4-6 people. He puts a successful High Ticket Closer graduate in charge of each accountability group.

Dan designed these groups to hold you accountable for doing the work and keeping you motivated. Plus, your accountability group leaders have real high ticket closing experience they can share with you.

In Week 1 of the course, Dan dispells some myths.

Right away, he shows you that aggressive, salesy techniques taught by other courses won’t work in high ticket sales. According to Dan, the less pushy you are, the more you’re likely to succeed in high ticket selling.

Listening more than you talk is the key to easy sales.

Dan continues his “anti-sales” theme in Week 2.

Week 2 is all about human psychology. Being able to grasp human psychology on a deep level is an incredibly lucrative skill, but it also enhances almost every other aspect of your life.

Dan makes it clear again focusing on selling won’t close the sale in the high ticket world. Understanding the buyer’s psychology is what matters.

By the end of this week, Dan assures that you’ll be able to read someone’s personality within minutes. He’ll actually give a live demonstration of his ability to read personalities based on psychology.

Week 3 pivots away from theory and towards practical knowledge.

Dan reveals his most trusted one-call closer method. He used this same method to close lucrative deals with influencers making multiple 6 figures a year before anyone even knew who Dan Lok was.

Many of his students found great success with Dan’s method of high ticket phone closing.

Once you’ve mastered this methodology, people will look at you as if you’re a natural deal maker.

More practical knowledge can be found in Week 4.

Dan’s got 7 secret scripts he’s honed over many years of closing. They’ve helped him close millions of dollars in sales over the phone.

His scripts are meant to work in every sales conversation, no matter how intimidating the person you’re selling to is.

Week 5 covers everyone’s favorite part, objections.

Week 5 is called “How To Handle Objections and Resistance Like a KungFu Master Easily Handles a 300-Pound Boxer”. That’s just a long way of saying “use their resistance against them”.

Dan teaches you how to use your prospect’s resistance to gain power over them and close the deal anyways.

Now, Dan’s objection-countering methods aren’t foolproof – you do have to practice them until they’re second nature. When you know them that well, you’ll never be rejected during a sale again, at least in theory.

Week 6 brings you Dan in action.

You’ll get to experience and hear Dan use everything he’s taught you so far to close huge deals through a series of roleplays with him and other High Ticket Closer students. He also gives live demonstrations with real clients.

Roleplays are done in front of the whole class, which can be a nerve-wracking but valuable learning experience. Students are generally supportive of each other anyway, so there’s no reason to be nervous.

Dan picks the best students of Week 6 to work directly with a few of his clients.

You won’t be able to close high ticket deals right away, nor by copying exactly what they do since everyone talks differently. However, the core tactics remain the same. Just practice them a lot.

At the end of the regular course content is Week 7.

Week 7’s all about how Dan Lok’s best students are pulling 6 figures with much less time and effort than working a corporate job.

In Week 7, you learn the real-world process of finding and closing clients.

First, you learn where to meet prospective clients. Dan then teaches you how to properly introduce yourself and win their respect within minutes of meeting them.

During a sales conversation, it’s important to arrive at a deal where both parties win. Dan teaches how to structure these win-win deals with your own prospects.

Also, Dan shares 4 criteria you must use to qualify clients if you hope to make money in the long term.

But there’s a secret Week 8, too.

In order to unlock it, your fellow High Ticket Closer students have to achieve an average class attendance of at least 80% throughout the main course content.

If you can hit that number, Dan will teach you how he hits all his goals, regardless of size.

Oh, if you do well through the entire program, Dan might give you a chance to join his own team of high ticket closers.

He’ll also funnel leads he gets to you. Many of these leads are big names across multiple industries like Tony Robbins and Antonio Centeno, two people whom High Ticket Closer students have already closed deals with.

So even if you fall short of making the sales team, you’ll have a nice pipeline of leads and the skills to close any client you want.

Dan Lok is generous enough to include an entire course in the bonus section.

6 Steps To 6 Figures Formula is a course that breaks down how to partner with other businesses as a high ticket closer so that both you and the business you partner with win.

The course is a step-by-step formula showing you how to easily attract high-paying clients and getting your service business to 6 figures.

Then, there’re the sales call recordings.

These calls include both roleplays and actual sales calls.

Sure, you may learn all the sales secrets in the course itself.

But the way you actually talk when you sell can affect the outcome of the sales call. These calls give you the rare opportunity to hear word choice, question choice, and tonality of an accomplished high ticket closer.

It’s always a good sign when a course creator can provide real-world examples of their methods in their courses, as it quells most peoples doubts about whether or not the course material works.

Dan’s got a Facebook group for his high ticket closing students.

Like most other online course private Facebook groups, you can learn from and network with other High Ticket Closer students. The community is quite supportive of each other.

But the Facebook group’s benefits don’t stop there.

Dan actually posts about exclusive high ticket closing gigs directly in the Facebook group. These are opportunities that most people outside the course aren’t aware of or don’t have access to.

That alone is extremely valuable since many of his leads are big names in their industries.

Upsells

High Ticket has two upsells. They are Dan’s Inner Circle and his High Ticket Millionaire course.

Inner Circle members get access to more business secrets, as well as access to some exclusive live events with Dan.

High Ticket Millionaire is for high ticket closers that are crushing it, which is why Dan doesn’t make it available on his website like he does with High Ticket Closer and other courses.

Pricing

High Ticket Closer costs $2,495 up front. You can opt for 3 monthly payments of $995 if you can’t afford the upfront price.

Membership in Dan’s Inner Circle costs $1,995 up front and then $200 per month to maintain your membership. High Ticket Millionaire costs $30,000.

High Ticket Millionaire’s built for the best high ticket closers, but that’s still an obscene price tag for one course.

Affiliate Program

High Ticket Closer does not have an affiliate program. I think Dan’s sales team is responsible for selling High Ticket Closer, as it’s the definition of high ticket.

If you can snag a spot on his sales team, then it’s almost like you’re an affiliate anyways.

Recap

High Ticket Closer isn’t a scam, but that doesn’t mean high ticket closing will come to you naturally just because you took a course.

See, business models don’t require any “practicing” the same way skills do. For example, dropshipping courses like Ecom Success Academy guide you through the entire process of starting a store and running ads.

As long as you follow the course and identify a market and a product that the market wants, then you can find dropshipping success.

High ticket closing isn’t the same. It’s a skill, which means you need to spend many hours practicing sales techniques and strategies before they start to work.

High Ticket Closer is a solid course that teaches you the art of high ticket closing. It’ll teach you what you need to know, but it’ll also hold you accountable by forcing you to practice the techniques with your fellow students.

When you’re done, you’ll be ready for the best form of practice: closing clients that want to pay you thousands of dollars.
